Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: International rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

  • Delivery Time: Most international orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

We know you're excited to rock your new outfit, so we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours(excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, the delivery timeline depends on your location:

  • Lagos Deliveries: 1 – 2 business days.
  • Major Cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, etc.): 2 – 4 business days.
  • Other States/Remote Areas: 3 – 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: 5 – 10 business days (via DHL or FedEx).

Note: During peak seasons, sales, or public holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. You will always receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Order & Returns

Shopping at eCloset9ja.com is a breeze. Just follow these steps:

  1. Browse: Explore our collections and click on the item(s) you love.

  2. Add to Cart: Select your size/color and click "Add to Cart."

  3. Checkout: Click the shopping bag icon and select "Checkout."

  4. Details: Enter your delivery address and contact information accurately.

  5. Payment: Select Paystack, choose your preferred payment method (Card, Transfer, or USSD), and complete the secure transaction.

  6. Confirmation: Once successful, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

We move fast to get your fits to you!

  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping.

  • Changes: If you need to change a size or delivery address, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email ([Insert Email Here]) immediately with your Order Number.

  • Note: Once an order has been handed over to our dispatch/courier partners, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

No, you don’t. We offer a Guest Checkout option so you can shop quickly without a password. However, we highly recommend creating an account because:

  • It allows you to track your order in real-time.

  • You can save your address for faster checkout next time.

  • You get exclusive access to eCloset9ja sales and "new arrival" alerts.

Stay updated on your package from our warehouse to your doorstep:

  1. Tracking Link: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number.

  2. Status Updates: You can enter this number on our "Track Order" page or the courier’s website (e.g., GIGL, DHL, or our local dispatch partner).

  3. Delivery Alerts: Our courier partner will typically call or SMS you on the day of delivery to ensure you are available to receive your package.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Nigeria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalize items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please ge in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
